What are your rental requirements?
We look for verifiable income of at least three times the monthly rent, a valid government-issued photo ID, positive rental history and landlord references where applicable, and a satisfactory background and credit check.
What documents do I need to apply?
Be ready to upload a recent pay stub or other proof of income, a government-issued photo ID, and any additional supporting documentation we may request during review.
Is there an application fee?
Yes. A $50 non-refundable application fee is required per applicant, plus $15 for each additional applicant age 18 or older. Payment is required before your application can be submitted.
How do I pay rent or submit a maintenance request?
Current residents can pay rent and submit non-emergency maintenance requests anytime through our Resident Portal, powered by Rent Manager.
What counts as a maintenance emergency?
True emergencies include being unable to secure your home (a broken window or door), an active leak that can’t be contained overnight, no heat with temperatures dropping below 50°F, or a main sewer backup. Call 317-524-1333 and press 3 for our emergency maintenance line.
What if my issue isn’t an emergency?
For routine maintenance requests, please use the Resident Portal so we can track and schedule the work efficiently.
