I/We, the undersigned, understand that Apex Property Management is the leasing agent and representative for the owner/landlord and that the leasing agents fee will be paid by the owner/landlord. The undersigned acknowledge that this written notice was received prior to the undersigned receiving a lease agreement.

I/We authorize Apex Property Management to investigate my/our credit qualifications and hereby release, in any manner, all of the information obtained by you. I/We further release all persons, agencies, or firms from any liabilities resulting from providing such information.

I/We understand that this application is preliminary only and involves no obligation of the owner or it's agent to approve this application and/or to deliver occupancy of the proposed premises. Should the applicant withdraw this application or fail to lease the described unit by the requested occupancy date, the owner shall have the right to VOID this application and retain any deposit help as liquidated damages.
