Who Is Apex Property Management?
Apex Property Management, Inc. was founded in 2009 to provide professional property management services for residential real estate throughout the Indianapolis area. Since its founding, the company has developed management systems and operational practices focused on serving both property owners and residents.
Today, Apex employs six office staff members and seven full-time maintenance professionals. The company currently manages approximately 200 apartment units and more than 150 single-family homes throughout Indianapolis and the surrounding communities.
