Who is Apex Property Management?
Apex Property Management, INC was founded in 2009 by Scott & Erin White primarily as an ancillary business to their own personal real estate investing. Scott realized that during the years of experience he had developed as an investor(first real estate investment was in 2003), skills sets were created that led to opportunities to working with other investors in multiple facets, whether it be from a solely commission based management prospective to joint ventures in various arenas of Indianapolis real estate. Apex has grown from the “ground up” in that over the years we have developed our specific systems of best practices relevant to the residents we manage and the owners we manage for. Apex’s staff consists of 6 office staff and 7 full time maintenance employees. Currently Apex manages approximately 200 units of apartment communities and over 150 scattered site single family homes throughout Indianapolis and surrounding cities.
Why Apex Property Management?
The short answer is that Apex manages properties from an investor’s point of view. We are able to do this because approximately two thirds of the units we manage, Scott and Erin have ownership in. This has driven us to view all properties managed from a long term cash flow perspective while being sensitive to owner’s goals in real estate. We understand the balance between resident expectations and owners demands.
